The World Cup cartridges were introduced as an elite, high performance shot in recognition of our cartridges being the first British cartridge to win a World Cup.
With the increasing demand for more eco-friendly products, the World Cup cartridge features a unique fibre wad which allows the cartridge to achieve a muzzle velocity in excess of 1500 fps for a faster fibre shot, with excellent range.
The World Cup is loaded with a single base Nitrocellulose based flake powder – engineered in France – to ensure a clean burn and efficient, powerful propulsion that results in an even shot pattern. The tempered shot used in World Cup cartridges is manufactured in Italy to the highest standards, helping to give good, clear breaks even at long range.
